You support system activities in a specific process area, including analysis, design, and overseeing the implementation of system changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency aligned with corporate strategies.
How you will contribute
Working in a cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to optimize SAP and integrated non-SAP systems and processes, translating business needs into functional requirements. You will define what the capability must achieve and how success will be measured and ensure that solutions are robust, strategically aligned and efficient to deliver and maintain. To succeed in this role, you must understand integration points in an integrated ERP system (i.e. SAP ECC), standalone, SAAS, and control systems and effectively interact with senior management from business and technology disciplines to keep them informed and to present highly complex solutions.

About the Role
Are you passionate about drawing insights from data? We're looking for a data-savvy, outcome-driven WalkMe DXA Product Manager to take ownership of our Digital Experience Analytics platform. In this role, you will be the bridge between data and digital experience, using behavioral analytics to uncover friction, improve adoption, process efficiency, and end user productivity.
As a member of the Mondelez Digital Adoption Center of Excellence, you will help Mondelez realize the full value of their technical investments. As an IT Product Manager, you will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate insights into scalable, value driven solutions. You will champion a data-first mindset, drive adoption of analytics capabilities, and elevate WalkMe from an enablement tool to a strategic asset.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, vision, and configuration of the WalkMe DXA platform.
- Define and manage the DXA implementation strategy across core web-based enterprise application.
- Collaborate with WalkMe's Success team to ensure effective configuration and roadmap alignment
- Lead the delivery of behavioral insights through dashboards and reports for IT and business teams.
- Build and socialize performance reports that track ROI, TCO, and TSC tied to DAP KPIs
- Serve as the subject matter expert on WalkMe Insights, DXA, and Discovery capabilities
- Partner with digital product teams to embed DXA into decision-making workflows
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance across all tracked systems
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure privacy-safe data collection practices
- Support the WalkMe Community of Practice or DAP Governance Forum
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in digital analytics or IT Product Owner experience (DAP, ERP, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with WalkMe DXA, Insights, or similar tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and action plans
- Strong understanding of WalkMe's technical architecture
- Experience managing WalkMe implementations across platforms such as SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and user-centered design
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall)
- Working knowledge of APIs & integration
- Digital Adoption Project Manager Certification
- DAP Builder (I & II) Certification
- Product Analytics Certification
