Job Description

About the role

We are currently seeking a talented Wagering Content Creator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

As the Wagering Content Creator, you will produce high quality digital content for the TABtouch brand across video, design and motion. This hands-on role blends creative and technical skills to deliver engaging, on-brand content across digital, social and broadcast platforms

This is an on-the-tools creative role requiring a well-rounded content creator who can cut and shoot video, design graphics, and create simple motion graphics. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, has a strong eye for modern design & content, and is committed to continually improving their creative and technical skills.

While this is a multidisciplinary content role, a strong grounding in graphic design is critical, as it underpins the quality and consistency of all creative outputs. 

The successful candidate will have obtained and mastered fundamental design principles and be capable of applying them professionally to our creative assets across a range of platforms and mediums.

Responsibilities of the job include:

Video Production & Editing

  • Film and edit video content for digital, social and broadcast platforms.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives and audience expectations.
  • Deliver content in the appropriate formats and specifications for each platform.
  • Maintain high production standards throughout the content creation process.

Motion Graphics

  • Design and animate motion graphics, titles and visual overlays to support video content.
  • Adapt motion templates from approved content libraries such as Envato.
  • Explore new motion design techniques and contribute innovative creative ideas.
  • Utilise AI-powered creative tools where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency and creative outcomes.

Content Creation & Design

  • Create high-quality graphic design assets for digital, social, and marketing campaigns.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure all creative work demonstrates strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, hierarchy, colour and composition.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional visual standard across all content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency and effectiveness of creative assets.

Creative Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with the Wagering Content Team and wider Marketing division to deliver content against creative briefs.
  • Contribute ideas for creative approaches relevant to supplied briefs.
  • Maintain organised file structures and version control within shared systems.
  • Support efficient content workflows and asset management processes.

Qualifications

About you

  • Proven experience across video production, editing and graphic design
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition)
  • Ability to produce professional, platform-ready content across multiple channels
  • Experience applying brand guidelines consistently across creative assets
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience with Canva and content creation tools
  • Basic motion graphics capability with a desire to further develop
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant qualifications in graphic design, media, or related field (desirable)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar content creation role (preferred)
  • Interest in emerging creative tools, including AI-assisted workflows

Knowledge of racing or sport, or willingness to learn
