General Description:
Experienced Technician needed to perform semiconductor wafer processing in a cleanroom laboratory under general supervision. This position includes hands-on, single wafer processing as well as operation of production-oriented, automated semiconductor processing equipment. Become proficient in optical thin-film metrology and inspection systems, including in-house reflectometers, ellipsometers, profilometers, stress gauges and patterned/un-patterned automated optical inspection tools.
Essential Duties:
Work in a Class 10 (ISO-4) Cleanroom environment performing standard/routine production processing monitoring steps in a semiconductor fabrication laboratory.
Under general supervision, perform tasks including but not limited to:
Support Process Engineering and Integration Engineers with timely measurement data and images for process monitoring and control.
Assist in data analysis and image reviews for possible trouble shooting and failure analysis. •Maintaining and reporting daily metrology data and trend analysis.
Communicating any customer issues or potential problems.
Assist in equipment verifications/calibrations following internal Module procedures.
Manage optical metrology applications and other measurement issues/ concerns.
Interface with equipment/ vendor personnel to resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
This position requires candidates that are able to work their entire shift within a cleanroom laboratory wearing appropriate PPE. Must be able to follow detailed instructions with precision, pay attention to detail, and accurately enter data.

Required Education:
High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work within a cleanroom environment wearing personal protective equipment to include lab coveralls, chemical apron, hood, facemask, hairnets, safety gloves and goggles
Walking and/or standing may be required for 70-80% of the day
Must possess motor skills appropriate to the task
Must be able to lift/push/pull 25-30 pounds consistently
Special Requirements:
U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $31.54 - $38.48 per hour + bonus + benefits.
