Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage the Cameroon CHB & IFM pricing catalogue
- Support Sales self-quotations by guiding them on catalogue usage
- Receive and log Sales RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Execution, Procurement, etc.) for missing quotes
- Prepare costing for Product review and approval
- Ensure timely responses to Sales within deadlines
- Update the pricing catalogue with new charges
- Adjust charges in the pricing catalogue for continuous improvement
- Support additional product-related requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Basic English communication skills
- Customs experience is an advantage
