Responsibilities:
· Plan, design, and execute verification and validation (V&V) tests for software, hardware, Firmware, and mobile applications.
· Develop and maintain test cases and documentation in standard testing tools.
· Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Regulatory, to ensure compliance with medical device standards and regulations.
· Analyze test results and provide clear and actionable feedback to enhance product quality.
· Support test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage
· Participate in risk assessment activities and contribute to product safety and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
· 2–3 years of experience in a similar role as a SW and/or V&V Engineer - Must
· Technical orientation with the ability to test effectively both firmware and software aspects.
· Experience on testing medical devices - Must
· Hands-on experience with software testing tools such as TestRail and JIRA - Must
· Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes covering requirement documents.
· Familiarity with regulatory documentation and standards applicable to medical devices – nice to have
· Familiarity with automation testing tools and techniques – nice to have.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
