Actividades:
Soporte a talleres SPV en actividades operativas y de mejora continua.
Aseguramiento de condiciones de ergonomía en líneas de producción.
Identificación y seguimiento de riesgos ergonómicos.
Liderazgo y seguimiento de actividades 5S en el área asignada.
Apoyo en auditorías internas de 5S y ergonomía.
Elaboración y actualización de registros e indicadores del área.
Coordinación con áreas operativas para la implementación de mejoras.
Habilidades y aptitudes requeridas:
Liderazgo y sentido de responsabilidad.
Organización y seguimiento de actividades.
Comunicación efectiva.
Trabajo en equipo.
Proactividad y ganas de aprender.
Inglés: Básico – Intermedio
Disponibilidad: Medio tiempo (prácticas profesionales)
