The salary range for this role, based in New York, Dallas, Chicago, or Miami is $221,600.00 to $304,700.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

As the Vice President of US Commercial Finance, you will shape the financial strategy that fuels Pernod Ricard USA’s commercial and marketing ambitions. This is a high‑visibility role that influences decisions at the most senior levels, ensuring our teams have the insights, tools, and clarity needed to win in a dynamic marketplace. You will lead a talented finance organization, elevate our commercial finance capabilities, and drive consistent, data‑informed decision‑making across the business. What you’ll do

  • Lead all US commercial finance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights that support executive decision‑making and drive profitable growth.
  • Oversee analysis of product and supplier performance, identifying opportunities to optimize P&L delivery, trade spend, and commercial investments within your first 6–12 months.
  • Build and develop a high‑performing commercial finance team, strengthening capabilities, elevating leadership skills, and driving consistent ways of working across the function.
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and senior leaders to shape multi‑year sales plans, assess profitability, and guide investment decisions.
  • Standardize and enhance reporting tools, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment between corporate and commercial finance.
  • Lead the implementation of the national Revenue Growth agenda, ensuring clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Strengthen partnerships between commercial finance and corporate finance teams, ensuring clarity of roles, effective communication, and aligned performance management.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or consulting, with deep expertise in commercial finance.
  • Demonstrated US market and commercial finance experience.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proven success leading and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Experience operating in fast‑paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities and complex business dynamics.
