Job Title: VP - Treasury Operations

Role Description
- Treasury is responsible for the sourcing, management and optimization of liquidity and capital to deliver high value risk management decisions. This is underpinned by a best-in-class integrated and consistent Treasury risk framework, which enables Treasury to clearly identify the Bank’s resource demands, transparently set incentives by allocating resource costs to businesses and manage evolving regulation.
- The Change Manager will form part of the Global dedicated Treasury Operations organisation and support their tactical and strategic requirements. The team encompasses the following groups: Nostro Management, Money Markets, Treasury Issuance.
- The Change Manager will oversee the CTB deliveries across Treasury Operations, ensuring committed milestones of key change deliverables are met to enable realisation of the targeted benefits.

Your key responsibilities
- Oversight of all Treasury Operations Change initiatives, in line with the Bank’s strategy. These include Regulatory driven change initiatives, business driven Change initiatives, Intelligent Automation, etc.
- Oversight and management of the India Treasury Operations CTB team, who will report into you.
- Present the status of multiple programs to senior stakeholders, including local and global Management. Additionally, escalating (where required) in a timely manner.
- Proactive engagement with our partners including Treasury Markets, Liquidity Management, Technology partners (in and outside of DB), and other operational teams.
- Project Management: Prepare Project Plans, managing risks and issues throughout to ensure smooth delivery of milestones.
- Business analysis and BRD (Business Requirement Document) creation and execution for the flagship programmes, as well as other key Global Transformation projects.
- Complete reviews (as required) to understand and identify optimal solutions to other business issues that may arise.
- Leading and managing project working groups, and any ad-hoc meetings as required in order to resolving issues and drive program/project forward.
- Ensuring inventory management of key programme documentation (SharePoint, MS Teams, etc).
- Creation of strong business cases for future funding and prioritization with the Business as part of the annual Investment Governance process
- Act as a single point of contact for strategy and change requests.
Your skills and experience
Mandatory
- Graduate level education e.g., a bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience (essential)
- Minimum 10 years of experience with in which at least 6 years worked as Project Manager / Business Analyst within the Back Office / Middle Office Operations space.
- Minimum 8 years of experiences in financial services domain, ideally within FX or Cash Management, either as part of Technology team or Operations team.
- Extensive knowledge of methodologies and tools (Agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
- Experience of agile (scrum) methodology
- Experience in conceptualization and solution definition
- Good analytical and problem-solving experience.
- Proven level of organisation and planning experience
- Proven experience in PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven track record of delivering complex business analysis in a Financial Services environment.
- Prove work experience and knowledge of Operational processes (trade capture, confirmation, settlements, lifecycle management)
- Good understanding of main risk factors in an Operational environment.
- You have a deep understanding of how IT infrastructure and IT solutions support the daily Treasury operations and can communicate between the stakeholders in the different functions.
- Proven flexibility and leadership track record in dynamic environments, with the ability to support & direct teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets, both locally and offshore and to maintain a global perspective.
- You will have strong decision-making skills, and an ability to work through and continue delivery under challenging circumstances (unforeseen or anticipated) whilst managing any competing priorities.
- Your strong organizational skills enable you to always keep the bigger picture in mind and to deliver expected results in an accurate and efficient way.
