PURPOSE

The VP TLOD Partnering leads the global TLOD Partnering function and is accountable for the design, deployment, and flawless execution of enterprise TLOD initiatives that directly enable our People Strategy across the Enterprise. As a member of the TLOD Leadership Team, the VP plays a critical role in shaping enterprise talent, learning, and organizational development strategies and ensuring consistent, high‑quality partnering across global functions, business segments, and key markets.

This role oversees performance management, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness programs, ensuring these processes strengthen leadership capability, accelerate talent development, drive organizational performance, and enhance employee engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General

  • Consult with executive/strategic HRBPs, COEs and C‑suite business clients to deliver end‑to‑end TLOD solutions.
  • Serve as an Enterprise Process Owner for key TLOD service offerings, including Performance Management (PM), Organization Talent Review (OTR), executive coaching, leadership assessments, and related programs and methodologies.
  • Lead a global team of TLOD Partners to provide high‑impact advice and high‑impact TLOD solutions to HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Manage TLOD vendors to ensure effective partnerships, effective commercial terms, and alignment to Enterprise standards.
  • Independently lead enterprise projects in the TLOD space.
  • Drive consistency and standardization of TLOD practices across Business Segments, Global Functions, and countries, while contextualizing for local cultural, regulatory, and organizational realities.
  • Support and enable effective TLOD partnering with HRBPs and leaders across Business Segments, Global Functions, and key markets to ensure aligned, high‑quality delivery of TLOD solutions.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all TLOD initiatives that operationalize and advance the People Strategy across the Enterprise.

Talent & Succession Management

  • Leads a global team of TLOD Partners, including TLOD Partners and Advisors across Care Delivery, Care Enablement, and Global Functions.
  • Serve as senior talent partner for designated global business areas, advising C‑suite clients and senior HR Business Partners.
  • Facilitate executive-level talent reviews resulting in succession plans, bench charts, HiPo identification, and development planning.
  • Track and monitor development progression of Enterprise critical roles and high potentials.
  • Consult with leadership on organizational performance, leadership capability gaps, and strategic workforce needs.
  • Ensure global consistency in talent review standards, calibration, and succession planning processes, while adapting approaches to reflect local market and cultural context.

Senior Leadership Development & Career Development

  • Drive the development and implementation of HiPo development programs.
  • Advise leaders on development solutions grounded in the 70/20/10 methodology.
  • Work closely with Learning to design impactful leadership support interventions.
  • Conduct 360‑degree feedback and other leadership assessments in collaboration with other COE partners.
  • Support enterprise career growth via effective initiatives across business segments and functional areas.

Performance Management

  • Lead the execution of the global Performance Management process.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for HR and business clients in performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Performance Management process, enabling systems, behaviors, and leader capability to strengthen performance outcomes.

Education And Required Credentials

  • Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s plus equivalent experience considered.
  • SHRM/HRCI certification a plus.

Experience And Skills

  • Prior senior leadership experience in managing experienced HR practitioners in a global, matrixed business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively partnering with HR, COE partners, and senior business leaders.
  • Strong ability to cultivate operational excellence, continuous improvement, and flawless execution across enterprise TLOD initiatives.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, performance management, or related fields.
  • Ability to cultivate credible relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong executive presence.

  • Previous experience working in a management consulting capacity preffered.
