The Regional Team Leader (TL) is responsible for overseeing the business development and account management of their assigned area. This position supervises Relationship Managers (RM) within the assigned area. TL's are responsible for working with the Head California South West in the execution of the sales strategy, including setting individual goals for team members and working with the Head California South West to determine compensation and rewards for the team. TL's are also responsible for working with the Head of California South West in communicating any policy and procedure changes as well as providing feedback to managers on resolving any local issues.

  • 10+ yrs of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Demonstrated history of marketing and sales management, consistent and strong portfolio management skills

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with other managers, credit risk, and other business partners.

  • Strong ties to the community, and strong mentor and coach skills.

  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
