Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and strategic VP, Talent Management to join our leadership team in a remote position based in the United States. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent management strategies that align with our organization's goals and drive business success.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives
- Design and oversee performance management systems that foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement
- Spearhead leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize leadership gaps
- Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and demonstrate the impact of talent initiatives
- Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth
- Provide executive coaching and guidance to senior leaders on talent-related matters
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace and diverse workforce
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align talent strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to maintain the organization's competitive edge
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning efforts.
- Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related HR roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies in large, complex organizations
- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
- Demonstrated ability to design and lead leadership development programs
- Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent change management skills and experience guiding organizations through transformations
- Strong executive coaching abilities and experience working with C-suite leaders
- Deep understanding of talent management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, across many time zones, with occasional travel as needed
