Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Strategy: Develop smart comms and brand strategies that tackle the real issues behind business challenges and use communication to deliver results that truly matter.
  • Support Creative Teams: Collaborate with creative teams to shape and guide standout ideas that make an impact. Ensure that all ideas and plans stay focused.
  • Guide Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with different specialties—creative, account, production, PR, strategy, and analytics—to turn data and insights into strategies that drive success
  • Drive Results: Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure they build brand value and consistently deliver strong results.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in a strategy role at an advertising agency and/or PR firm.
  • Experience leading teams across different specialties and building strong client relationships.
  • Diverse portfolio and proven experience leading campaigns that make an impact on culture and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional understanding of branding and consumer motivations.
  • Educational background in a relevant field (psychology, cultural anthropology, or sociology preferred).
  • Experience with DE&I and multicultural initiatives is a bonus.
