Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the CEO, Co-Founder and leadership team to define and execute the company’s long-term vision, growth strategies, and market positioning.

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence to stay ahead in the dynamic gaming ecosystem.

Develop robust risk mitigation strategies by staying ahead of evolving regulations in the Indian gaming market, ensuring compliance with local laws (e.g., gaming taxes, data protection), while building flexible business models that can quickly adapt to market dynamics and shifting consumer preferences.

Leverage data analytics and AI-driven models to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and lifetime value, enabling hyper-personalized strategies and predictive decision-making for long-term business growth.

Analyze microeconomic factors such as consumer spending behavior, disposable income, and regional demand shifts, alongside macroeconomic trends like economic growth, inflation, and government policy, to drive strategic decisions that align with immediate gaming market opportunities and long-term sustainability in the Indian ecosystem.

Expertise in formulating and executing entry barrier strategies, including market entry analysis, competitive intelligence, and pricing models, alongside leading successful new game launches through strategic marketing, audience targeting, and leveraging partnerships to drive growth in highly competitive and emerging markets.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, driving business expansion, product innovation, and revenue diversification.

Spearheaded strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and global expansion strategies.

Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize decision-making and improve business performance.

Build data-backed strategic frameworks to guide investment decisions, resource allocation, and market penetration strategies.

Own and define business performance targets across the organization, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and execution.

Mentor and lead a high-performing strategy team that acts as a thought partner across departments.
What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or management consulting, preferably in gaming, internet, fintech, or high-scale consumer tech industries.

Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and driving business transformation.

Expertise in market analysis, growth strategies, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling.

Deep understanding of B2C internet-based, digital entertainment trends, evolving consumer behavior and regulatory frameworks.

Strong CXO-level stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence and drive decision-making.

Experience in partnerships, M&A, investor relations, and business negotiations.

Highly analytical mindset with a bias for action, problem-solving abilities, and execution focus.
