The Position
Role responsible for defining and implementing EMEA specific strategic objectives and initiatives with a close collaboration with Global Strategy team, teams within Regional brands and Markets

Key Responsibilities

• Define in collaboration with Global Strategy team the EMEA strategy (set EMEA strategy, define scope of all initiatives), focusing on brand and commercial opportunities

• Own planning and performance management of all EMEA initiatives

• Define what is required to achieve set objectives for the Region / Brand

• Define process and KPIs to achieve set objectives

• EMT support

• In collaboration with EMEA Management Team define functional strategies (Finance, HR, CKE, THE)

• Partner with EMT and their teams in initiatives to drive EMEA strategic objectives

• Capabilities in focus

• Commercial strategy & Market intelligence

• Enterprise strategy and management

• Execution and implementation of set strategic objectives and initiatives

• Intake, prioritization and sequencing of all regional strategies and initiatives (across both regional brads, all channels and all geographies within EMEA)

• Manage multiple teams through direct and dual-solid reporting lines, working in highly matrix organizational structure

• Central Market Intelligence team focusing on insights, competitive analysis, benchmarks

• Functional Strategy team who support functions on defining and executing on set strategies and initiatives

• Via dual-solid reporting line oversee roles within the Regional Brands and Markets who support defining and implementing brand and regional commercial strategies

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy development and execution, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization

• Proven expertise in commercial strategy, market intelligence, and enterprise strategy, with a strong ability to align regional and global objectives across multiple brands, channels, and geographies

• Demonstrated success in managing the intake, prioritization, and sequencing of regional strategies and initiatives, with a track record of driving performance management and achieving strategic objectives

• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple teams through direct and dual-solid reporting lines, and working closely with executive management teams (EMT) and regional brand teams

• Strong analytical and process-driven mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, manage strategic initiatives, and provide insights through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and benchmarking
