We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Data Product leader, where you will own and direct the portfolio of our Snowflake based data products and semantic models, guiding multiple squads to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities that enable firmwide workforce decision-making.
In the Human Resources division, we help the firm support and develop its workforce through people's insight, effective service delivery and practical tools that make it easier for employees and managers to get what they need. This role sits within HR Data & Intelligence, which helps the firm make better workforce decisions by turning data into trusted insight and delivering the reporting, platforms and AI-supported capabilities that support people operations and self-service access to workforce insight across HR and the business.
Interested in joining a team that combines innovation and execution to build useful things and drive real change? Read on.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Define and evolve the long-term vision and architecture for HR data capabilities, semantic model design, and Snowflake platform enablement in partnership with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders.
- Extend the platform's AI capabilities by supporting the roadmap for Snowflake Cortex–based conversational insights—partnering across AI/ML, engineering, and UX to deliver trusted, natural-language access to HR data through virtual-agent channels.
- Develop a strong product culture, setting clear expectations, coaching, and establishing ways of working that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Own the integrated roadmap, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and constraints while ensuring alignment with HR, Technology and firmwide strategies
- Set practical, scalable, organization-facing standards for semantic modeling, data quality, documentation, and governance across squads.
- Oversee execution and delivery, ensuring teams effectively drive design, development, testing, rollout, and lifecycle management for their data products.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand evolving needs, sharpen problem statements, and clarify tradeoffs to support the development of fit for purpose data solutions.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience shaping team practices, strengthen product discipline, improve decision-making, increase accountability, and help teams balance between discovery and delivery.
- Expertise in data product strategy, semantic modeling, or data architecture within cloud data environments, ideally including Snowflake.
- Ability to set clear standards for product design, data quality, and modeling practices, and ensure consistent adoption across teams.
- Strong judgment in balancing stakeholder needs, technical considerations, and product priorities.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, reconcile technical constraints and align on expectations
- Knowledge of data governance, semantic modeling concepts, and modern data‑platform practices to support self‑service workforce intelligence.
- Clear, structured communication skills, including the ability to translate complex topics for a range of audiences.
What you can expect from us:
You’ll join a team with a clear mandate, substantive work and no shortage of complex problems to solve. We work at the intersection of business need, product thinking and execution, and we value analytical thinking, innovative but practical solutions, and the ability to move comfortably between strategy, detail and delivery. We set a high bar. For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership, partner thoughtfully across organizational and geographic boundaries, and contribute to work that is visible, durable and global in reach.
