Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-To-Market and Messaging

    • Working with our Sr. Director of Marketing, you should co-develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and support revenue efforts.

    • Regularly review and analyze revenue data to ensure targets are being met and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Funnel Optimization and Reporting

    • Leading our Director of Revenue Operations, you should establish and optimize revenue operations processes and systems, working cross-functionally with customer experience to ensure an end-to-end optimized experience.

An Insider's view of Buildout, Inc.

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

My ultimate goal is to be a good human. To me, that means being a productive employee and a present daughter/sister/girlfriend/friend. Buildout allows me to accomplish that goal by encouraging a healthy work/life balance and benefits that provide me with access to healthcare, the ability to take time off and save for retirement.

Rachel

Senior Product Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

One project our team is working on that I’m excited about is reviewing and refining our company metrics and dashboards. There are many benefits to tracking the right metrics, and it's been very engaging thinking about our metrics in a collaborative manner during this process.

Justin

Operations Analyst

What does career growth look like on your team?

The growth paths we have established here at Buildout for Product Support have allowed my team to grow tremendously in the last year. They have taken on new responsibilities, product knowledge during our acquisitions, as well as industry-recognized certifications all while working with and supporting our valued customers every day.

Zack

Director, Product Support

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

My team is closest to our customers. They're on the phone with them, they're emailing all day every day; they're in constant contact. Our customers are our lifeblood and what keeps the lights on and wheels in motion. How they deliver on the customer experience and the feedback they bubble up are both instrumental in moving forward as a company!

Elisabeth

Director, Customer Success & Operations

What does your typical day look like?

As a BDR, I get to create new relationships with potential new clients. On a typical day, there’s a definite rhythm and a routine to outbound calling focused solely on building trust with qualified prospects. Since it's easy to get caught up in the work, I recently incorporated yoga breaks to maintain the right mindset and work effectively.
