Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the execution of Exotec’s growth strategy in your assigned territory, contributing to the order intake of the North American continent
  • Validate and defend sales offers
  • Act as a key interlocutor for Exotec's clients throughout the tender process
  • Project manage and coordinate customer discussions, studies,and deliverables
  • Support the Business Development in processing incoming leads and the analysis of lead relevancy
  • Mentor junior Sales team members and support the manager in making sure that customer focus is a core value of the entire team
  • Conduct frequent benchmarks and market analysis to keep up with latest market trends
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams and regularly provide them with applicable customer feedback and industry insights
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience and a proven track record in sales and business development in the warehouse automation industry
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the warehouse automation industry
