Job Description
- Attract, hire, enable, coach, and lead sales talent; create and foster a performance-driven culture where each sales representative is consistently driven to be a top performer
- Establish weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly sales targets and goals for the inside sales team including daily sales plans
- Build, proactively manage and reliably convert the sales pipeline; set clear direction and ensure the team is pursuing the right opportunities
- Support and lead the sales development activities for the US region
- Utilize and track sales KPIs to hold the team accountable for performance
- Partner with marketing to execute effective demand-generation and call-to-action campaigns
- Work with internal team to ensure proper onboarding and training for all employees on the team
- Organize and run weekly/monthly training sessions with the team to ensure continuous learning sessions for the team
- Be a point of reference and escalation for the Inside Sales team and interface with Account Executive’s to ensure qualification criteria are met
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team of Sales Development Representatives.
- Understanding the sales process and a successful experience in cold lead generation, preferably in SaaS, and MarTech.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail!
- Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness
- The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment, as well as high emotional intelligence
