We are seeking Vice President of Sales - Commercial Flooring to join the team in the DFW, TX area. This executive leadership role will drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing sales organization focused on scaling operations across the commercial construction market. What You'll Do as the Vice President of Sales - Commercial Flooring:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that support short-term and long-term revenue growth
  • Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of commercial sales professionals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and key commercial clients
  • Drive negotiated business development efforts and expand market presence throughout the region
  • Partner closely with operations and executive leadership to align sales execution with project delivery
  • Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting accuracy, backlog growth, and sales performance metrics
  • Participate in high-level client presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic meetings
  • Establish consistent CRM processes and sales reporting standards across the organization
  • Foster a culture centered on urgency, accountability, collaboration, and customer service

Must-Haves as the Vice President of Sales - Commercial Flooring:

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within commercial flooring or commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction sales cycles, estimating, and project management workflows
  • Experience developing relationships with GCs, developers, architects, and commercial end users
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including forecasting and margin awareness
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the DFW area for an on-site leadership role

Nice-to-Haves as the Vice President of Sales - Commercial Flooring:

  • Direct commercial flooring industry experience

Benefits Offered:
