Position Overview:

Cellebrite is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead and accelerate growth of our Digital Intelligence portfolio across the region.

The VP will own the regional sales strategy and execution, driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding Cellebrite’s presence across strategic enterprise and public-sector accounts, and building trusted relationships with senior customer and partner stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Own the regional sales strategy and performance, delivering $15M+ in annual business with a target of 25% year-over-year growth, while protecting and expanding recurring revenue.

Drive a strong and sustainable pipeline, with accountability for forecast accuracy, sales performance, and achievement of revenue targets.

Drive sustainable growth through new customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, and increased penetration within existing accounts.

Build and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, translating company priorities into clear sales plans, targets, and measurable outcomes.

Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic customers, prospects, partners, and system integrators, positioning Cellebrite as a trusted long-term partner.

Own strategic account planning for key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business priorities, future needs, and growth opportunities.

Maintain a strong and healthy pipeline, ensuring disciplined opportunity management, forecast accuracy, and consistent achievement or overachievement of sales targets.

Lead high-performing sales team, including direct management of Sales Managers and matrix leadership across Presales, TCS Success, and other supporting functions.

Maintain strong knowledge of Cellebrite’s portfolio, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities and help shape future solutions and commercial strategies.

Lead complex, high-value sales cycles including sophisticated procurement, commercial negotiations, and contracting processes.

Engage with customers at multiple levels to shape opportunities and influence strategic purchasing decisions.

Partner closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and senior leadership to remove barriers, accelerate growth, and maximize customer value.

Provide senior leadership with market and customer insights, identifying emerging opportunities, competitive trends, risks, and areas for investment.

Foster a culture of customer focus, accountability, collaboration, and high performance, while representing Cellebrite with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

· Proven successful Sales Leader (Software industry, B2B and B2G) for a minimum of 10 years’ experience in achieving sales targets.

· Practical sales experience and the ability to navigate complex customer organizations and deals.

· Forensic industry background - Strong Advantage.

· Experience in account management, deep knowledge of the customer, their business and priorities across the organizations at multiple points.

· Proven track record of growing the business beyond the traditional model

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and with external contacts. Ability to create and deliver powerful and effective presentations.

· Detailed work ethic, managing all sales data and using this to support decision making.

· Experience managing a diverse sales team (onsite +remote team).

· Ability to communicate in English.

· Self-directed/driven that excels in a fast growth, team-oriented environment.

· Exhibits appropriate professional behavior including leadership, sense of urgency, attention to detail, independent judgment, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking and personal integrity to contribute to a cohesive, productive regional team dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals.

Requirements

10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in the software industry, across B2B and B2G, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Proven ability to navigate complex customer organizations, strategic accounts, and high-value sales cycles.

Forensics industry experience – strong advantage.

Strong track record of growing business, expanding strategic accounts, and developing new opportunities beyond traditional sales models.

Highly driven, results-oriented, agile, and collaborative, with strong judgment, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience leading and developing diverse, geographically distributed sales teams.

Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Data-driven and commercially minded, with strong attention to pipeline, performance, and business insights.

Excellent English communication skills.
