What you will own:

Overall Revenue performance and strategy

Manage & build a team & the underlying structures to continuously improve revenue performance and efficiency. Including playbooks, KPIs and metrics.

Own YoY doubling of revenue growth, put in place the metrics & reporting structure to achieve it.

Increase existing advertiser spend through improved strategies and data optimisation

Understand existing customers and identify opportunities for product development

Build and deploy data analytics and reporting tooling to provide actionable insights and improved sales performance
Who you are:

You have a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry either selling too or having worked inside a game developer

You have a demonstratable background for YoY revenue doubling and understand what is required to achieve it

You are data-driven and have a background for tangibly measuring revenue performance

You are as comfortable building strategy as you are producing and analysing performance data

You have built and led teams of 10+ in a b2b platform environment

You are someone who likes to get close to customers as well as internal product teams
