Responsibilities
- Lead and run the Global Revenue Strategy & Operations team including vision, recruitment, on-boarding, development, performance, and people management.
- Work closely with GTM leadership on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, GTM execution and other key projects.
- Become the subject matter expert across the GTM organization, performing thorough data analysis to define and progress key business decisions.
- In collaboration with GTM leadership define, own and drive run the business meetings (forecasting, pipeline, QBR etc.)
- Own and drive the annual GTM planning cycle driving alignment across key cross-functional stakeholders (finance, BI, marketing, sales, CX).
- Build executive presentations related to running the business meetings and change the business meetings.
Required Skills/Experience
- 15+ years at a high-growth tech company in a Revenue/Sales Operations leadership role or at a top management consulting company with strong exposure to Go-To-Market assignments.
- Should have 7+ years of people leadership; special experience in building and managing strong teams.
- Polished leadership skills with a proven record of accomplishment of building and scaling teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Executive presence and showing success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing, and collaborating in cross-functional environments.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment (sense of urgency, ability to adjust on the fly to unplanned situations).
- Experience in presenting, speaking, and writing before large diverse teams. Capable of crafting messages on behalf of senior execs, finding the right style for every situation.
- Ability to creatively tackle problems with limited resources and input and ability to roll sleeves up when needed.
- SME in leading strategic initiatives, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Strong GTM business acumen and understanding of the interlock SaaS customer journey and internal processes to drive execution.
- BS/BA required; MBA is preferred.
