Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles (including VP-level).
- Proven success managing engineering teams in a fast-growing SaaS company.
- Strong technical foundation in modern web technologies, system design, and architecture.
- Experience growing and mentoring senior engineers and team leads.
- Deep understanding of Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and a bias for action.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working closely with Product, QA, and UX teams.
