We support a healthy and productive work environment, whether at home or in the office, and are looking for an exceptional VP of Product to lead our product strategy and execution across both core database and cloud offerings. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role, partnering closely with our CEO and CTO to shape the roadmap, align with engineering and customer success teams, and ensure our products reflect real customer and market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for core and cloud offerings.
- Prioritize features and releases based on customer feedback, R&D input, and market trends.
- Serve as the key bridge between engineering, field, and customer-facing functions.
- Present product strategy, insights, and progress to the executive team.
- Build, mentor, and lead a talented product organization (including PMs, technical writers, and developer advocates).
- 7–10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least one recent role as Director or VP of Product.
- Strong background in database, storage, or infrastructure SaaS (e.g., NoSQL, DBaaS).
- Proven success managing multiple product lines or distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of database architectures and technical ecosystems (bonus: exposure to C++).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
