We're seeking a results driven VP of Product to take full ownership of our product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is for a proven leader who thrives on accountability, builds data powered products, and delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and shape the long-term product vision.
- Develop, lead, and execute the overall product strategy.
- Own the product roadmap and communicate it clearly across the company.
- Collaborate with world-class engineering and data science teams to deliver on the roadmap.
- Establish and implement best practices across the entire product lifecycle.
- Build and lead a high-performing product management organization and culture.
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
- Identify market opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management roles.
- At least 7 years of experience leading teams of Product Managers in a hyper-growth SaaS company.
- Proven experience in leading product vision, strategy, and execution.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products to market.
- Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written.

- 5+ years of experience working on large-scale data platforms and intelligence (AI/ML).
- Experience in the marketing/Ad tech industry
