In the transformative world of Web3, it is an individual’s fundamental right to own and control their digital identity. To ensure that the individual is paramount in Web3, we are developing tools that enable everyone to engage and transact online in a safe and trusted way. Individuals are in control of what information they choose to share and with whom they choose to share it. We are developing a pioneering platform that combines the power of social experiences with Web3 Identity. This platform will provide individuals with access to interactive 3D experiences, verified communities, trusted transactions, the ability to prove ownership of their creations, and visibility and control over the data collected about them -- all designed to empower and benefit every Web3 user.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Vice President, Product, you will drive consensus across Product, Development, Marketing, and various other business stakeholders to set and lead the direction for our product strategy and roadmap. You’ll lead a team of product managers to build Web3 products that customers love, and the industry recognizes as the best in the market. Additional duties include but are not limited to:
- Driving end-to-end product development strategy and process, from conception to launch, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company's long-term goals while meeting regulatory/compliance mandates.
- Partnering closely with senior management, business strategy, development teams, and relevant stakeholders to define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Leading the product roadmap process by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams that work cross-functionally to build and execute product release/roll-out plans.
- Weighing difficult tradeoffs, considering product, customer, engineering, compliance, and security requirements against delivery time and resources.
- Defining how we will measure the success and effectiveness of our products and driving the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
You have a proven track record of leadership and product ownership and have demonstrated the ability to release impactful products. You have built great Product Management teams, leading by example and aligning across multiple departments in the company. You have deep Web3 technical knowledge, a passion for Web3 technologies, and a customer-focused mindset. You have an insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask “why?”. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can timely communicate clear expectations to others.
YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
You possess 10+ years of experience working as a product manager and/or 5+ years managing product teams, some of which is within a startup environment.
