Overview:
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies that drive growth and maximize revenue, working collaboratively with internal leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proactively build, manage, and maintain a robust, actionable sales pipeline to ensure consistent attainment of individual and team sales targets.
- Drive the sales process from initial qualification through close, including executive presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation, partnering closely with Product, Legal, Finance, and Business leadership as needed.
- Partner with Product Management and Marketing to amplify market reach, increase awareness, and ensure feedback and insights are provided to inform solution enhancements.
- Prepare tailored documents, analysis, and presentations to address specific sales needs for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Provide assistance with comprehensive RFI/RFP responses.
- Support internal sales training programs to enhance cross-selling and promote a solutions-oriented sales culture enterprise-wide.
- Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, positioning our proxy voting services as best-in-class and fostering ongoing brand and industry presence.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated sales success, with recent experience in enterprise/B2B solutions sales.
- Deep experience and expertise in proxy voting practices and corporate governance.
- Strong, established senior-level network within asset management or related financial services sectors.
- Proven ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated capacity to navigate and sell into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Consistent record of achieving and exceeding challenging sales quotas and targets.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience both winning independently and collaborating effectively as part of a broader team.
Salary range $165,000.00- $175,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
