Role Summary:
Developer Experience and Runtime (DXR) enhances the productivity and efficiency of engineers, accelerates the adoption of container runtimes, and harnesses AI technologies to empower engineers, in order to deliver holistic developer experience. Application Development Platform provides tools, including AI solutions for developers, and platforms to build and operate cloud-native solutions, APIs, and web & mobile apps, with a focus on measuring and improving developer productivity. SDLC Engineering delivers a modern, secure, and highly available environment for source control, code review, build, test, software distribution, and production activation. SecDb Platform provides long-term support and consultancy for the firm's strategic trading, pricing, and risk management system, SecDb. Runtime Platform consists of scalable, highly available, and efficient platforms and services for job scheduling, grid computing, Compute-as-a-Service, containerization, and file transfer.

Product Marketing is critical to building the right products for customers and crafting differentiated value propositions that form the core of our storytelling. In this role, you will be a pivotal bridge, working closely with customers, product and engineering teams. You will synthesize diverse perspectives, connecting the dots between customer needs and GS capabilities to drive product success and adoption.
You will be responsible for all of our Developer Experience suite of products. We are looking for marketeers with experience working directly with customers, analyzing data from multiple sources, and who thrive working with engineering teams to influence product outcomes while building value propositions that educate and inspire customers. We seek individuals who can operate at both broad and deep levels, understand our technology with the same depth our customers do, and think like a technologist and business leader simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Narrative & Content Development:

Craft compelling product narratives and messaging that clearly articulate value propositions, resonate with target audiences, and drive user engagement and understanding.

Develop a wide range of impactful marketing content, including presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, and product videos, to effectively communicate product value.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology products, and the market to build differentiated messaging and drive advocacy.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign Execution:

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements within DxR

Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns at events to showcase our innovation and thought leadership.

Partner with marketing teams across web, campaigns, demand generation, and events to drive global marketing initiatives.

Customer & Market Engagement:

Regularly engage with customers, analysts, and partners to gather insights, foster advocacy, and ensure product-market fit.

Synthesize diverse perspectives to inform product strategy and marketing efforts, connecting customer needs with GS capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience with Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Experience leading go-to-market for software product launches.
