We are looking for a highly motivated VP of Product Management to join our team and lead the development and execution of our product strategy on a global scale. The VP of Product Management will be responsible for leading the product design and development efforts at Atlas on a global level. The VP of Product Management will report directly to the CTO and will be a key member of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and launching successful products on a global scale and a deep understanding of the latest product development trends and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's global product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead the global product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development is aligned with business goals and regional market requirements
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities in different regions
  • Define global product requirements and specifications
  • Ensure global product development is on schedule and within budget
  • Oversee global product launches and ensure successful adoption by users in different regions
  • Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders in different regions
  • Continuously monitor global product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes in different regions
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the global product development team

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in global product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in HR, Payroll, or Compliance technologies
  • Strong understanding of technology and the software development process
  • Proven track record of building and launching successful products on a global scale.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and global product launch strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with teams in different regions and cultures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in different regions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
