About this Role
We’re looking for a strong hands on product leader with a passion for leveraging data, AI, and automation to transform industries to lead our Product Management team. The right candidate will collaborate with a phenomenal group of software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX professionals to deliver and scale a transformational data-powered software product. This role will report directly to the CTO. You must be customer obsessed to excel in this role.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Product Strategy - defining and advancing the strategy for bringing new products to market
- Leading and Growing the Product Management Team - recruiting, mentoring, and developing our team of Product professionals
- Product Roadmap and Prioritization - developing and communicating a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
- Product Champion - owning communication strategies for our Arkestro team (including the Executive team), our customers and our partners to ensure we create the right level of visibility and awareness
- Customer Insights - capitalizing on insights from our customers, prospects, and the procurement marketplace. Building a data-driven Product organization. Working with the sales and customer-facing teams on significant customer opportunities
Necessary Qualifications
- Must have startup experience as the role absolutely requires a dynamic, passionate leader, manager, and team builder
- Experience in the domains of procurement, supply chain, or enterprise FinTech
- Experience building deep customer relationships at the Executive level
- 6+ years of management experience in building and scaling product management teams
- 8+ years of experience as a practitioner of product management at a B2B company
- Demonstrated track record managing and scaling teams with an established ability to hire and coach people at multiple levels
- The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and synthesize many inputs into a crisp roadmap
Pay Range
$220,000—$250,000 USD
