Broadridge is transforming global financial markets by modernizing market infrastructure through technology, data, and scale. We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead Broadridge’s strategy and product execution across tokenization and digital assets.

This role will define how distributed ledger technology and tokenized assets are applied across regulatory disclosure governance, and communication. The VP will operate at the intersection of Broker dealers, fintech, regulation, and blockchain technology, driving products that are secure, scalable, and ready for institutional adoption.

This is a senior leadership role with broad visibility, responsible for shaping Broadridge’s digital asset product portfolio and partnering closely with internal leaders, clients, and ecosystem participants.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for tokenization and digital asset initiatives across Broadridge regulatory communication platforms.
  • Identify high‑impact use cases where tokenization can improve efficiency, transparency, resiliency, and cost across capital markets and post‑trade workflows.
  • Establish clear prioritization frameworks, investment cases, and success metrics to drive measurable business outcomes.

Product Leadership & Execution

  •  Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and client discovery through delivery, iteration, and scale.
  • Translate complex institutional requirements—market structure, operational processes, and regulatory constraints—into clear product requirements and execution plans.
  • Ensure strong product governance, dependency management, and coordination across multiple Broadridge businesses.

Institutional Digital Asset Expertise

  • Serve as a senior subject‑matter expert on tokenization models, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and digital asset lifecycle management.
  • Guide architectural and design decisions in partnership with engineering, security, and platform teams.
  • Evaluate blockchain protocols, token standards, interoperability approaches, and privacy‑enabled networks relevant to institutional markets.

Client & Market Engagement

  • Partner directly with Broadridge clients to understand evolving needs and validate product direction.
  • Represent Broadridge in strategic client discussions, industry forums, and ecosystem working groups.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy.

Risk, Regulatory & Controls Alignment

  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security to ensure products meet regulatory, operational, and resiliency requirements.
  • Embed controls, auditability, and reporting capabilities into product design from inception.
  • Support regulatory engagement and client due diligence related to digital asset solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of product managers.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Client Success, and Corporate Strategy.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles within fintech, financial services technology, or market infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience working with digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, or distributed ledger technology in regulated or institutional contexts.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure, including post‑trade processing, asset servicing, governance, or regulatory reporting.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder platforms in highly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders and external clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing or scaling tokenization platforms, digital asset lifecycle solutions, or blockchain‑enabled market infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with token standards, smart contract frameworks, and interoperability models.
  • Knowledge of regulatory considerations impacting digital assets (e.g., AML/KYC, custody, data privacy, cross‑border markets).
  • Experience launching products in emerging or evolving market segments.
  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $250,000 - $275,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
