Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Join the product analytics function across transaction banking products (cash management, trade, and digital channels), setting the strategic direction for insight generation, data governance, and analytics capability development
- Deliver insights into clients' transaction patterns, buyer & supplier ecosystem to support sales efforts
- Support product commercialisation efforts with actionable insights based on volume trends across new and existing products
- Analyze usage patterns on channels towards improving client user journeys and cross-selling
- Collaborate with product managers, technology and data teams across the bank to extract, analyse and deliver insights
- Partner with the product team to institutionalize a process where key data elements are systematically considered from product design, build and maintenance
- Derive relationship level insights that can be useful for developing bundling and pricing models
- Democratize and commercialize data and insights, transforming analytics into strategic product enablers, and advisory tools for the transaction banking product and sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably within transaction banking or financial services.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Qlik and Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of transaction banking products and services is highly desirable.
