Your responsibilities will include
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and manage a world-class global recruiting engine to consistently identify, assess, and hire top-tier talent across all functions, becoming the primary fuel for vivenu's growth.
- Performance Ownership & Alignment: Develop and manage our global Performance Management Framework, ensuring a culture where expectation setting, continuous feedback, and high-impact rewards are always aligned with strategic business outcomes.
- Talent Development: Architect and implement transparent career frameworks and succession planning to actively facilitate internal growth and ensure we cultivate and retain our high-potential talent.
- Talent Engagement: Drive initiatives to embed our core values, proactively building a highly engaged, purpose-driven culture where every team member understands their impact and feels a strong sense of belonging.
- Strategic Total Rewards: Design and oversee a competitive, fair, and market-aligned total rewards structure (compensation, bonus, and equity) that scales internationally and strategically rewards top performance.
- Team Leadership & Analytics: Lead, mentor, and empower the internal Talent team to operate as best-in-class strategic partners, utilizing data and analytics to measure effectiveness and impact on our business metrics.
To succeed in your role you will require:
- 8+ years of progressive People/Talent/HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of People, or similar) within a performance-oriented organization.
- Deep expertise and demonstrated success in leading global recruiting, designing and implementing impactful Talent Development programs, and running effective Performance Management systems.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to translate company strategy into People initiatives and measure their business impact.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing a high-performing, globally distributed People team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, capable of partnering effectively with the executive team and acting as a trusted advisor to managers.
