About The Role:

The VP of Partnerships & Growth will be responsible for defining and executing Dsquares’ partnerships and growth strategy across the region. This executive role combines strategic leadership, business development, partnership management, and commercial excellence to accelerate company growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record of building high-performing partnerships organizations, developing long-term strategic alliances, and driving significant revenue growth within the technology, SaaS, fintech, loyalty, or digital solutions industries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

•Define and execute the company’s partnerships and growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

•Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.

•Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.

•Develop long-term commercial strategies that strengthen Dsquares’ market position.

Partnerships & Business Development

•Lead the acquisition, development, and expansion of strategic partnerships across multiple industries.

•Negotiate complex commercial agreements and long-term partnership contracts.

•Build scalable partnership frameworks that drive mutual business value.

•Expand strategic alliances with enterprise clients, technology providers, financial institutions, retailers, telecom operators, and other ecosystem partners.

•Continuously identify new partnership models that create competitive advantage.

Revenue Growth

•Own partnership revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives.

•Drive sustainable pipeline generation and strategic account expansion.

•Monitor commercial performance and implement initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.

•Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Leadership & People Management

•Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing partnerships and growth organization.

•Build organizational capabilities through talent development, succession planning, and performance management.

•Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

•Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics across the function.

Market Intelligence

•Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

•Represent Dsquares at industry conferences, networking events, and executive meetings.

•Provide strategic insights to executive leadership regarding market opportunities and risks.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
  • 18+ years of professional experience, including:
    - 10+ years in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or commercial leadership.

- 5+ years leading large, high-performing commercial or partnerships teams.

  • Proven experience driving revenue growth and scaling strategic partnerships.
  • Experience within loyalty, SaaS, fintech, digital products, enterprise software, payments, telecommunications, or technology industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience operating across GCC and MENA markets is considered a strong advantage.
