The Role

Job Summary
A leading, innovative, South Florida based healthcare company is seeking a National Vice President of Partnership Development to lead the organization's strategic development efforts alongside select benefits broker partners. This role will focus on managing the relationship with our broker and consultant partners and co-developing growth initiatives for their employees and clients that will ultimately drive significant growth, improve overall employee well-being and reduce healthcare costs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the employee benefits space, particularly with benefits brokers, and a proven track record in driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with top benefits brokers and consultants, focusing on increasing engagement and revenue.
  • Build, nurture, and grow relationships with senior leadership and decision-makers at top benefits brokerage firms.
  • Collaborate with brokers and consultants to introduce Company's solutions to their clients, driving adoption and integration into employee benefits programs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and joint initiatives with broker partners.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the employee benefits landscape, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential new partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment on partnership goals and strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through broker and consultant partnerships, developing KPIs to measure success and regularly report progress to the leadership team.
  • Stay informed of competitors and market dynamics, making recommendations to improve Company's partnership offerings.


Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience working with or for top 20 benefits brokers in a strategic sales capacity (Account Manager, Employee Benefits Consultant, etc.).
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships within the employee benefits space.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, health & wellness programs, and broker-driven sales models.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
