The Head of Digital Multi-Product & Wellness is a pivotal leadership role at OneMain, responsible for shaping how millions of customers experience and manage their financial lives through our digital platforms. This leader sits at the center of OneMain’s digital transformation, owning the strategy, vision, and execution behind OneApp—our flagship digital experience—and TRIM/MyMoney, our financial wellness product suite. This is a senior GM-style business owner and leadership opportunity for a builder and change agent who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and influence. Reporting to the Head of Digital and serving on the Digital Leadership Team, the Head of Digital Multi-Product & Wellness sets direction, drives outcomes, and inspires teams across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

Define the Vision. Drive the Results.

• Set and own the long-term vision for OneApp - OneMain’s flagship digital product - across mobile and web, including the unification of all our digital assets under a single experience.

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for OneApp and TRIM/MyMoney, translating company goals into bold, customer-first experiences.

• Take ideas from concept to launch—overseeing discovery, design, development, testing, and release.

• Deliver experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and measurable business impact.

• Be the executive voice for your portfolio—clearly communicating progress, risks, and wins.

Lead Through Influence

• Partner with leaders across product, engineering, design, operations, marketing, and the business.

• Create momentum and excitement around the digital vision through compelling storytelling.

• Connect teams around shared goals, dependencies, and opportunities for synergy.

Be the Voice of the Customer

• Champion a deeply customer-centric mindset across the organization.

• Ensure customer insights shape both strategic direction and day-to-day decisions.

• Raise the bar for digital excellence by relentlessly advocating for intuitive, high-impact experiences.

Inspire Exceptional Teams

• Lead and align cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, design, analytics, research, operations, and marketing.

• Forge a flexible and scalable multi-product operating model enabling all of OneMain’s verticals to drive their individual and combined priorities in a single digital experience

• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Partner closely with engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Oversee the TRIM/MyMoney financial wellness product in a General Manager capacity, including product strategy, brand and marketing, external relations and media, operations, vendor management, compliance, and ongoing business needs.

Balance Data, Insight & Intuition

• Champion data-driven decision making while valuing strong product instincts.

• Use analytics and research to inform strategy, validate ideas, and measure success.

• Stay hands-on with data to move quickly and confidently.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• 12+ years building and scaling consumer digital products, with 6+ years in senior leadership roles.

• A proven track record of launching complex platforms or experiences at scale.

• A rare ability to think big, execute deeply, and bring others along with you.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels.

• Comfort navigating ambiguity, complexity, and change.

• Deep experience across the full digital product lifecycle.

• A passion for developing product leaders and building world-class teams.

• Bonus: experience in financial services or regulated environments.

Location:

This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to our office located in New York City, NY, Wilmington, DE or Baltimore, MD with expectations of being in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
 

Salary:
Target base salary range in New York, NY and Baltimore, MD is $200k-$250k, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
