Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Director or VP of Marketing to lead our demand generation programs, content strategy, market positioning, and brand development.

This leader will be responsible for developing integrated marketing programs that build awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and support complex enterprise buying cycles.

This role partners closely with our Head of Digital Marketing, who leads website, SEO/SEM, and paid media performance. Together, these leaders ensure that messaging, content, campaigns, and digital channels work together to drive scalable growth.

The ideal candidate brings a modern demand generation mindset, strong storytelling ability, and experience leveraging AI-enabled marketing tools to improve acquisition, personalization, and campaign performance.

What You’ll Own

Demand Generation & AI-Enabled Acquisition

  • Lead the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs across inbound, outbound, events, lifecycle campaigns, and account-based initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of four marketing campaign managers responsible for top-of-funnel programs and pipeline nurture campaigns.
  • Build scalable marketing programs that support enterprise pipeline growth and complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing to align campaign strategy, content, and performance channels.
  • Implement AI-driven marketing tools and automation to improve personalization, targeting, content production, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.
  • Experiment with emerging and non-traditional acquisition channels to source high-quality pipeline.
  • Analyze funnel performance and continuously optimize conversion rates, engagement, and campaign effectiveness across the buyer journey.

Content Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Own the company’s content strategy and editorial direction across thought leadership, demand generation content, and sales enablement.
  • Define and evolve the company narrative, messaging architecture, and category positioning.
  • Build content that supports the full buyer journey, from early awareness through evaluation and decision stages.
  • Develop scalable content engines leveraging AI tools while maintaining strong quality and differentiation.
  • Establish the company as a recognized authority within its category through compelling insights and thought leadership.

Brand & Creative Leadership

  • Lead brand strategy and ensure a consistent and differentiated brand presence across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee creative development including campaigns, visual identity, and brand standards.
  • Elevate the brand beyond product messaging to category authority and market leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, digital properties, events, and sales materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of marketing experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong experience building and scaling demand generation programs supporting enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and developing campaign managers or growth marketers.
  • Proven ability to develop content strategy and messaging that drives pipeline growth.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools for campaign execution, personalization, and content acceleration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate funnel performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-moving marketing environment.
