What You'll Do
Own marketing end-to-end. You'll shape how the world sees PlainID and drive the growth engine that fuels our business.
- Build and execute our global marketing strategy—connecting brand, demand gen, product marketing, and content into one powerful motion
- Lead a lean, hungry team that punches above its weight
- Continue and position PlainID as the category leader in Authorization (because we are)
- Work directly with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to turn strategy into pipeline and revenue
- Tell our story everywhere it matters—events, PR, analyst briefings, digital, social
- Make data-driven decisions with budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics that actually move the needle
- Grow our partner ecosystem and drive co-marketing wins
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years leading teams (VP/SVP/Head of Marketing level)
- Track record at a SaaS or cybersecurity startup—you know how to build something from scratch
- Mastery of demand gen, brand, and product marketing for enterprise tech buyers
- Comfortable with AI tools and using them to work smarter
- Hands-on, proactive, "let's figure it out" mentality—no task is too small
- Equal parts creative storyteller and analytical thinker
- Excellent communicator who builds trust across teams
