What You'll Do

Own marketing end-to-end. You'll shape how the world sees PlainID and drive the growth engine that fuels our business.

• Build and execute our global marketing strategy—connecting brand, demand gen, product marketing, and content into one powerful motion
• Lead a lean, hungry team that punches above its weight
• Continue and position PlainID as the category leader in Authorization (because we are)
• Work directly with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to turn strategy into pipeline and revenue
• Tell our story everywhere it matters—events, PR, analyst briefings, digital, social
• Make data-driven decisions with budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics that actually move the needle
• Grow our partner ecosystem and drive co-marketing wins

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years leading teams (VP/SVP/Head of Marketing level)
• Track record at a SaaS or cybersecurity startup—you know how to build something from scratch
• Mastery of demand gen, brand, and product marketing for enterprise tech buyers
• Comfortable with AI tools and using them to work smarter
• Hands-on, proactive, "let's figure it out" mentality—no task is too small
• Equal parts creative storyteller and analytical thinker
• Excellent communicator who builds trust across teams
