As a senior leader reporting directly to the President, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our company. - Strategic Leadership: Drive ChemTreat’s strategic planning process, ensuring long-term commercial success for both new and existing products.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market conditions, conduct competitive analysis, and manage our product portfolio to optimize share gain and profitability.
- Global Collaboration: Partner closely with regional leaders to identify and target attractive market segments, implement strategic initiatives, and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Digital & Sustainability Focus: Oversee our digital marketing efforts, championing the use of cutting-edge tools and techniques. Lead our sustainability initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, conserve water, and enhance pro-environmental practices globally.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key member of the ChemTreat L1 team, setting strategic direction and demonstrating enterprise-wide leadership.
- Global Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to win new business and expand sales with existing customers.
- Market & Product Development: Identify target segments, plan product innovations, develop partnerships, and engage in M&A activities.
- Marketing Goals & Revenue: Set marketing goals aligned with company strategy and own a revenue target generated through marketing activities.
- Brand & Portfolio Management: Enhance brand presence, lead portfolio management, and execute product roadmap based on customer requirements.
- Innovation & Product Development: Collaborate with Innovation & Technology to drive new product development and support revenue growth.
- Commercial Partnership: Partner with the Commercial team to unify strategies that increase revenue through marketing initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in global marketing processes, identifying opportunities, and leading Kaizen activities.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to meet and accurately forecast expense targets.
- ESG Strategy: Develop and drive ChemTreat’s ESG strategy to meet sustainability targets.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced Marketing degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in strategy, marketing, portfolio management, and product commercialization.
Additional Requirements
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20%.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $250000 - $290000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
