Position Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Marketing for the EMEA region. This executive level role is pivotal in driving pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion across EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in building and leading high-performing marketing teams, have a strong grasp of regional market dynamics, and a proven ability to align marketing strategies effectively with sales objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Leadership: 
  • Own the revenue marketing strategy for the EMEA region, aligning closely with global objectives. 
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership to establish and achieve pipeline and revenue targets. 
  • Actively interpret and adapt corporate marketing strategies, translating global initiatives into region-specific campaigns and programs that resonate locally while maintaining strategic alignment. 
  • Oversee the regional marketing budget and forecasting process, ensuring strategic allocation of resources across multiple marketing disciplines, campaigns, and initiatives to drive comprehensive growth and maximize return on investment. 
     
  • Team Leadership and Development: 
  • Lead, manage, and develop a dedicated marketing team, including Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Field Marketing roles. 
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team. 
  • Mentor team members, driving professional growth and ensuring clear career development paths. 
     
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional and global marketing teams, ensuring best practice sharing, resource optimization, and brand consistency. 
  • Maintain a direct line to regional General Managers and Sales VPs to adapt and tailor global strategies to local nuances and evolving market conditions. 
     
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: 
  • Oversee both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion strategies, leveraging cohort-based targeting for personalized campaign execution. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign performance and ensure targeted messaging and timing align with regional needs. 
     
  • Performance Management: 
  • Establish clear accountability for pipeline generation and marketing performance metrics within the region. 
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement. 

Qualifications: 

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on revenue marketing within EMEA for software or SaaS related organizations. 
  • Proven expertise in managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams, including Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Field Marketing. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable marketing strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
