As part of continuous in the US, we’re excited to announce that we are looking to bring in a Vice President for Marketing Data & Technology within the Marketing team.
The VP Marketing Data & Technology is accountable for the global strategy, planning, and execution of marketing data, technology, and tooling across the UK, EU, and US, with a strategic focus on the US market. The role ensures high-quality, scalable marketing data and platforms that enable effective global campaigning, advanced personalisation, and measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the global strategy for marketing data, technology, and tooling across UK, EU, and US
Lead the global planning & execution of marketing data initiatives, with strategic focus on the US market
Establish global standards for marketing data models, quality, governance, and usage
Ensure marketing data enables effective global and regional campaigning, advanced segmentation, and personalisation
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of global marketing platforms and tools
Partner with regional marketing, data, and technology leaders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions
Lead and develop a specialist global team and matrixed resources
Drive continuous improvement through automation, optimisation, and innovation in marketing data processes
Measure and demonstrate the commercial value of marketing data and technology investments
Skills and experience required:
Extensive expertise in marketing data, data manipulation, and quality management, combined with strong understanding of global data models, governance, and regional market differences.
Proven ability to link marketing data and technology investment to commercial outcomes, with experience supporting complex, data-driven marketing in the US market.
Strong knowledge of marketing data, customer data, and campaign analytics, with a deep understanding of how data underpins effective targeting, segmentation, and personalisation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills, with the ability to gain alignment at senior levels across markets.
Ability to drive process automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across data and technology workflows.
Proven success working in global, multi‑region environments, collaborating with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
