The Manager of LMS Operations is a senior level position responsible for providing operations support services and advice on directional strategy in diverse operational topics. Additionally, the Manager of LMS Operations serves as the liaison between operations staff, product managers, TTS CO heads, technology development and production support. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support and direction in alignment with Citi operations infrastructure and TTS CO target operating model.
Main responsibilities
- Overall responsible for LMS Operations in processes performed by countries in the Americas region
- Overall responsible for the LMS Operations services provided by the Local Process Hub
- Oversee daily operations for multiple teams and several unit supervisors and ensure teams meet performance and quality expectations
- Manage staff resource allocation while assisting with the development and oversight of the budget
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for training/development, pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions
- Support in definition of Footprint for LMS Operations and other management activities
- Overall responsible of the Country LMS OPS strategic execution framework, managing the portfolio of strategic initiatives in countries
- Facilitate coordination and cooperation for cross-functional team interaction
- Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services
- Communicate regularly with all Operations teams and departments
- Resolve complex and highly variable issues with significant departmental impact
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining workflow standards
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Business process analysis tools and reengineering, business cases development and sensibility analysis.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
