Delta Faucet Company is seeking a transformative business leader who excels in dynamic environments. As the Head of Kraus, you will be accountable for crafting a vision of how we will go to market with the Kraus brand as part of the overall Delta Faucet Company portfolio of brands. You will lead a diverse, growing team and set both short-term and long-term objectives aligned with specific revenue and profit growth targets. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally inside the Kraus and DFC organizations to build a strategy including brand and product positioning, financial targets, and a balanced organizational design. The role will report to the DFC VP, Omnichannel Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Omni-Channel Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a profitable omni-channel growth strategy for the Kraus brand.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing team responsible for product, sales, marketing, customer and consumer service, logistics, and operations.

  • Financial Management: Conduct P&L and key metric reviews with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Product Strategy: Guide the product strategy and provide input into the product roadmap using data, analytics, and customer/consumer insights to support channel growth targets.

  • Brand Strategy: Own the overall Kraus brand strategy and collaborate with the DFC marketing and brand team to ensure consistency in brand experience across the DFC portfolio.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Find opportunities for enhanced collaboration within the Delta Faucet Company enterprise.

  • Digital-First Mentality: Instill a digital-first approach throughout the company to drive data-based decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record to navigate sophisticated business environments and draft compelling cases for change across a wide partner group.

  • Digitally Native Brand Business Model Expertise: Deep understanding and appreciation of the digitally native brand business model and operations, with a focus on maximizing its power within an enterprise.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to lead through ambiguity and solve complex business problems with speed and agility.

  • Inspirational Leadership: Capacity to inspire, empower, and engage team members at all levels of the organization.

  • Prioritization & Delegation: Strong ability to prioritize multiple, often contending priorities, and to delegate and follow up effectively.

  • Creative Thinking: Innovative problem-solver who challenges the status quo to drive action.

  • Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading a cohesive, high-performing team.
