Job Summary:
The Vice President of IT - Digital Supply Chain Leader will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company's digital supply chain initiatives. This role involves leading the IT supply chain team to optimize and transform supply chain processes through innovative digital solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and resilience. The VP will work closely with cross-functional leaders to align digital strategies with business objectives, driving operational excellence and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Lead the transformation of traditional supply chain processes through the adoption of advanced digital technologies, such as AI, IoT, SAP/S4 and advanced analytics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of supply chain innovation.
- Establish governance, framework and tools to lead a large scale digital supply chain transformation.
- Build the strategy and execute on developing Master Data tools and processes to improve the accuracy of our supply chain master data elements
- Build the strategy and execute on business planning – SI&OP, RCCP, MPS and MRP to drive tangible improvements in our Ontime shipments and enabling Entegris to be more predictable and reliable as a supplier for our customers.
- Build the strategy and execute on sourcing digital technologies. Establish supplier collaboration tools and processes to track and improve our supply planning and supplier quality metrics.
- Build the strategy and execute on building a digital technology roadmap for our manufacturing processes. Partner closely with the OT and Automation teams to develop an Industrial Data Hub enabled by an Industrial Knowledge Graph to track and improve our overall manufacturing lead times.
- Build the strategy and execute on developing an integrated Total Quality Management System. Build a digital product passport that tracks our product genealogy and product quality data to improve our product quality and enable transparency and reliability in our manufacturing processes for our customers
- Build the strategy and execute on forward and reverse logistics supply chain. Develop a strategic network optimization platform to assess the reliability and scale of our manufacturing network and logistics centers.
Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT supply chain team that adopts and embody our PACE values.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.
- Develop a plan to upskill the talent pool within your organization. Build and track the progress of our colleagues against it to achieve a high performing organization.
Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of digital supply chain projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status.
- Adopt the Agile framework while crafting the Digital Supply Chain program. Develop digital scrum teams to improve our pace of experimentation and execution. Deliver value in smaller increments and establish KPIs to track and monitor progress of the team and the program.
Operational Excellence:
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize supply chain operations through process reengineering and digital automation.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of supply chain systems and applications.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance supply chain visibility, agility, and responsiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to understand supply chain needs and priorities.
- Communicate the value and impact of digital supply chain initiatives to stakeholders, securing their buy-in and support.
- Represent the IT supply chain function in executive meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.
- Build partnerships with external vendors to bring in their resources and technology to help drive our strategic vision and program roadmap.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects within a supply chain context especially within the SAP ERP domain.
- Experience with advanced supply chain technologies and platforms (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS, MES).
- Experience in IIOT systems and technologies. Proven track record in building data and analytics solutions and platforms to enable insights to action.
