We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Investor Relations to lead our engagement across our investment community. This key role will serve as the primary architect of the company’s investor narrative, translating complex clinical, regulatory, and commercial developments into a compelling story.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape market perception, drive investor confidence, and support long-term shareholder value creation.

What you'll achieve 
    • Develop and execute a best-in-class investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives
    • Serve as a spokesperson to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community
    • Advise executive leadership on market perception, valuation drivers, and investor sentiment
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-impact disclosures
    • Craft and continuously refine a compelling equity story that balances near-term commercial execution with long value creation
    • Translate complex MedTech/scientific concepts into clear, credible, and differentiated messaging for investors
    • Work with executive management to refine and improve message delivery
    • Develop high-impact content including investor presentations, earnings scripts, shareholder letters, and press releases
    • Plan and coordinate all investor-facing activities including quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, analyst days and investor events
    • Anticipate investor questions and prepare high impact responses 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and key stakeholders
    • Develop and execute investor targeting strategies to attract long-term, high-quality shareholders
    • Monitor medtech, healthcare, and financial market newsflow and trends
    • Lead high impact strategic, business development, or financial  initiatives outside of core IR responsibilities
What you’ll need to be successful
    • 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations or related field (e.g., Equity Research),  direct experience in Investor Relations strongly preferred
    • Commercial stage Medical Technology experience required (devices, diagnostics, or closely aligned healthcare sector)
    • Demonstrated ability to build and communicate a compelling investor narrative in complex, science-driven industries
    • Poise and executive presence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
    • Proven experience in a public company environment with strong knowledge of SEC / disclosure requirements
    • Strong relationships within the healthcare investment community
    • Able to understand and confidently communicate medical technology terms of art including clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement concepts
    • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred
Compensation Range
$280,000$325,000 USD

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
