Position Summary- Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end instant game development, ensuring seamless transition from concept through production.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Account Services, Game Creation, Creative and Innovation teams in support of Americas Instant Products operations and portfolio objectives.
- Partner with cross functional teams to advance technology integration, operational efficiencies, and process controls
- Develop and execute enterprise-level instant product and portfolio strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Define and champion the long-term vision for the instant product portfolio, aligning innovation initiatives with market trends, customer insights, and corporate objectives.
- Partner with Analytics and Insights team to monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and sustain long-term strategic initiatives.
- Leverage market research and consumer insights to identify unmet customer needs and drive product innovation opportunities.
