  • Lead initiatives in observability, CI/CD security, and proactive incident prevention.
  • Ensure the infrastructure is secure, compliant, and resilient, with robust business continuity and disaster recovery practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Security) to ensure infrastructure is enabling product velocity and stability.
  • Lead vendor and service provider relationships, including SLA enforcement, performance reviews, and contract alignment.
  • Own the hiring, mentoring, and development of global infrastructure teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and leadership growth.
  • Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, focusing on cost optimization and resource forecasting.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CTO, contributing to broader technology strategy and executive-level planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading infrastructure and operations across both private and public cloud platforms.
  • Proven leadership of DevOps, SRE, Networking, and Database Management functions, with direct responsibility for cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated experience reporting directly to a CTO or CIO.
  • Deep technical expertise in infrastructure architecture, automation, performance engineering, and systems design.
  • Strong background in AI-powered automation, with hands-on experience implementing intelligent systems for monitoring, alerting, resolution, and performance optimization.
  • Experience scaling platforms to meet growing business demands, including establishing cloud governance and lifecycle management.
  • History of working with global teams across different cultures and time zones, with excellent collaboration and communication.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong vision for modern infrastructure and platform engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • High emotional intelligence and proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience in deploying and managing observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of secure software development, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
