Golin Dallas is looking for a VP, Influencer to join our Digital team. You’ll work with a rock star team of digital strategists, creatives, creators, and analysts to identify real-time opportunities, oversee influencer strategy + execution and create and execute marketing campaigns for the client. Your role will include identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and managing influencer relationships in a mutually beneficial way to maximize your client’s investment. You’ll integrate across digital platforms, organic and paid channels to drive results. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in close collaboration with account leads and digital team members to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategy and work
  • Build strategic social influencer strategies and cross-functional campaigns to align with clients goals and objectives
  • Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships and provide strong counsel to clients on digital best practices
  • Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
  • Experience executing brand-level influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency
  • Serve as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social programs
  • Cultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among team
  • Serve as an ambassador of Golin’s capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
  • Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts
  • Manage financials, including budgets and billing, projections and staffing
  • Leadership experience as a people manager, collaborator, and advocate, a voice for the team and your direct reports

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field with 10-12 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaigns
  • Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
  • Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner
  • Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation
  • A solutions-oriented mindset

Please note: Preferred location is Dallas, and we are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.


Salary range: $120,000 - $219,000


Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
