CropX, a leading and fast-growing company (approximately 110 employees worldwide), is seeking a VP of HR to join the company’s executive management team, reporting directly to the CEO.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with a real opportunity to shape company culture, scale global teams, and support continued growth through expansion and acquisitions. The VP of HR will lead all people-related initiatives, including talent strategy, organizational development, leadership growth, and employee experience across multiple regions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in senior HR management roles, including experience in global startups
- Very high level of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
