Job DescriptionThe VP HR and TA will lead a dynamic HR team and serve as a strategic partner to the business. This role uniquely combines HR Business Partner responsibilities with Talent Acquisition leadership, ensuring alignment between workforce planning, organizational development, and recruitment strategies. The VP will drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture across our global operations.
This role reports to the Chief People Officer. Please note we are looking to hire Remote within the United States.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations across multiple countries.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Leads organizational change to scale operations and evolve capabilities to respond to high-growth tech environment.
Talent Acquisition
Lead global recruiting efforts to attract top talent for technical, commercial, and leadership roles.
Develop and implement successful global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and market trends.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and data-driven hiring practices.
Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Support change management initiatives and cultural integration across regions.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership and team development.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of 15 HR professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
Build capability within the HR function to deliver both operational excellence and strategic impact.
Foster a culture that reflects Acumatica’s core values and supports high performance.
Partnership
Collaborates with HR Centers of Expertise to execute global corporate people initiatives ensuring global consistency across Acumatica.
Champion of the Employee Experience including diversity, employee engagement, inclusion and leadership development opportunities collaborating with our Talent Development leader.
Ensure compliance with country specific employment laws and mitigate organizational risk.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of People/HR management experience, including managing managers and distributed/global teams.
- Bachelors Degree, Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.
- Experience aligning teams with global processes and corporate priorities.
- Demonstrated success leading highly successful diverse global team.
- Demonstrates success leading organizational change, M&A integration and scaling people operations.
- Experience shaping and promoting a compelling employer brand to attract top-tier tech talent.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of impact of people costs on business success.
- Ability to inspire and align team with company culture and values.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding and experience with tech stack, people analytics, and organizational development.
- 3+ years of experience leading HR in a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

For this role, the salary range is $230,000-$260,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
